Returns and warranty:

Nativeropes offers a 30-day warranty on handmade products. Does your product break within 30 working days? We will do our best to find out why this happened and come to a suitable solution. If the product breaks after 30 days, Nativeropes unfortunately cannot offer a warranty on this. It is possible to look into possible repairs, but there will be some costs involved.
